
James R. Heistand
Founder, Chairman
Jim Heistand is a real estate entrepreneur with a proven track record of creating successful real estate investment portfolios including Associated Capital Properties, Inc. (ACP), DASCO Companies and Eola Capital. For more than 20 years, Heistand has co-invested in joint ventures with various institutional investment groups such as Lehman Brothers, State of Utah Retirement System and GE Capital, among others. He successfully monetized the sale of two real estate investment companies and portfolios with total proceeds of approximately $1 billion. Heistand has also completed transactions of over $3 billion in total capital transactions. After the sale of ACP to Highwoods Properties, a publicly traded REIT based in Raleigh, N.C. - and prior to forming Eola Capital - Heistand served on Highwoods' Board of Directors and managed its Florida operations. He graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in real estate finance and currently serves on the Board of Directors of United Legacy Bank - Orlando and the Real Estate Advisory Board for the University of Florida's Graduate Center for Real Estate Studies.

Rudy Prio Touzet
Chief Executive Officer
With more than 28 years experience in the full spectrum of the commercial real estate industry, Rudy serves as Chief Executive Officer of Eola Capital. Prior to joining Eola Capital, Rudy co-founded Banyan Street Partners and served as President and Co-founder of America's Capital Partners from 1999 to 2007. Over the past 10 years, Rudy has co-invested approximately $1 billion of equity on behalf of institutional investors, as well as being involved in more than $5 billion in total capital transactions.

Henry F. Pratt, III
Principal, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Henry manages day to day operations of the Company from our Orlando office. Henry has been associated with the Company since 1997 and previously was Director of Asset Management. Prior to joining Eola, Henry held similar positions with LaSalle Partners and Independent Life Insurance Group.

Troy M. Cox
Principal, Chief Investment Officer
As Chief Investment Officer, Troy implements Eola Capital's investment strategy by integrating acquisitions, financing, asset management, investor relations and dispositions. Prior to joining the Company, Troy acted as the Director of Acquisitions-Florida for Highwood Properties, Inc. and held similar positions with Associated Capital Properties, Prudential Realty Group and Gumberg Asset Management. He earned his B.A. in Finance from Wofford College and is licensed as both a real estate broker and a mortgage broker.

Jim Gray
Principal, Investor Relations
As head of Investor Relations, Jim coordinates activities with private investors, including raising equity for specific real estate acquisitions. Jim also works with commercial real estate brokers throughout our footprint to source acquisition and disposition options for office properties. Prior to joining Eola Capital, Jim spent 17 years with First Union/Wachovia Bank managing their real estate, wealth management and commercial lending efforts in Central Florida. He earned his B.A. in finance from the University of Houston.

David O'Reilly
Director of Capital Markets
David joined the Eola Capital team after a career on Wall Street, most recently, serving as Senior Vice President at Barclays Capital’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Prior to Barclays, David held a similar position at Lehman Brothers for more than 7 years, where he advised on numerous other marquee REIT and real estate related transactions, including the $32 billion proposed spin-off of REI Global from Lehman Brothers and the $1.6 billion initial public offering for Douglas Emmett (largest REIT IPO). David holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Scott Francis
Principal, Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer, Scott Francis oversees the tax compliance and all financial aspects of Eola Capital and its joint ventures. Prior to joining Eola Capital, Scott spent seven years in public accounting, serving as a tax manager for middle-market companies where he focused primarily in construction and real estate. He earned his B.S. in accounting from the University of Florida and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Kyle Burd
Principal, Regional Vice President, Tampa
Kyle coordinates leasing, new business development and day-to-day operations for the Tampa, Florida region's portfolio of office buildings. Kyle has more than 20 years of commercial experience in the Tampa Bay region. He earned his Masters in communications from North Dakota State University and a B.A. in communications from Metropolitan State College.

Bryan Howell, CCIM
Regional Vice President, Charlotte
Bryan coordinates leasing, new business development and day to day operations of the Charlotte, North Carolina region's portfolio of office buildings. Bryan has more than 23 years of commercial experience in leasing, management and acquisition of commercial real estate. He earned his B.S. from the University of South Florida.

Robert Stoner
Regional Vice President, Atlanta
Bob coordinates leasing, new business development and day-to-day operations of the Atlanta, Georgia region's portfolio of office buildings. Prior to joining the company, Bob spent 24 years leasing and managing commercial buildings. He earned his B.S. from Auburn University and is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.

Larry LoCascio, RPA, CPM, CCIM
Director of Property Management
As director of property management, Larry LoCascio consults with the regional vice presidents and property managers on corporate property management directives as well as capital initiatives. Additionally, Larry leads the property management team for the Orlando, Fla., region.
With more than 25 years of commercial real estate management experience, Larry has held leadership positions with the Galbreath Company, Jones Lang LaSalle and most recently with CB Richard Ellis. He earned his B.A. from St. Xavier University in Chicago, Ill., and holds the RPA, CPM and CCIM designations. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Florida.

Mari Chalker
Treasurer
As treasurer, Mari Chalker is responsible for the company's financial management, corporate compliance, human resources and risk management. Mari joined Eola Capital in 1995 and earned her B.S. and B.A. from the University of Florida.

John Kosciulek
Controller
As controller, John Kosciulek is responsible for the company's day-to-day accounting functions, coordinating cash flow projections and financial reporting. Prior to joining Eola Capital, John held a similar position with Hamilton Partners, a privately held real estate development and investment firm in Chicago. He earned his B.A. in accounting from the University of Kansas.
