Eola Capital, an Orlando-based real estate investment company, recently secured a 77,600-square-foot, five-year lease renewal with Wachovia Bank, N.A., a Wells Fargo Company in the One Orlando Centre office building, located at 800 N. Magnolia Avenue in Orlando, Fla. The Class-A, 19-story office building was built in 1988 and currently boasts an 89 percent occupancy rate. The lease renewal took place two years prior to the expiration of the contract. Eola Capital represented the building owner in the agreement.
