Eola Capital Leases More Than 53,000-Square-Feet of Office Space in Orlando

(Orlando, Fla.) - April 15, 2010

Eola Capital, an Orlando-based real estate investment company, recently secured three lease agreements totaling more than 53,000-square-feet of office space in two downtown Orlando office buildings, Bank of America Center and One Orlando Centre.  

William McBride Law Group, P.A. signed a new 11-year, 15,716-square-foot lease in the One Orlando Centre building.  Nick Poole of CNL represented the tenant in the lease agreement.  Turner Construction signed a five-year, 18,637-square-foot lease renewal in the One Orlando Centre building, located at 800 N. Magnolia Avenue in Orlando, Fla.  Nan McCormick of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the lease agreement.  The class-A, 19-story office building boasts a 90 percent occupancy rate.    

Wicker, Smith, O'Hara, McCoy & Ford, P.A. signed an 11-year, 19,047-square-foot lease renewal in the Bank of America Center, located at 390 N. Orange Avenue in Orlando, Fla.  Dan Caligiuri of CNL represented the tenant in the lease agreement.  The 28-story, class-A office building currently boasts an 80 percent occupancy rate.
